Assemblywomen Kate Sanchez, Diane Dixon and Laurie Davies Endorse Matt Gunderson for Congress

Every Republican Assemblymember in CA-49 endorses Gunderson

Oceanside, CA – Matt Gunderson, Republican candidate for Southern California’s 49th Congressional District, today announced the endorsements of all three GOP members of the California State Assembly with districts overlapping the 49th Congressional District: Kate Sanchez of AD-71, Diane Dixon of AD-72 and Laurie Davies of AD-74.

Assemblywoman Diane Dixon expressed “I support Matt Gunderson for Congress because San Diego and Orange County families need a representative who understands how to get our economy back on track by lowering taxes and reducing cost-of-living.”

Kate Sanchez, representative from the 71st Assembly District, added “Southern California has had enough of Mike Levin’s extreme far-left policies. We need the kind of common sense leadership that Matt Gunderson will bring to the 49th Congressional District.”

Laurie Davies, representing parts of San Diego County and Orange County, said “California needs strong leadership to help fix our broken state. I support Matt Gunderson for Congress because San Diego and Orange County families need a representative who understands more taxes will not grow our economy. As a businessman, Matt knows how to lower taxes and reduce our outrageous cost-of-living.”

Like Matt Gunderson, Assemblywomen Dixon, Davies, and Sanchez have been vocal advocates for lower taxes, efficient government, and a reduction in red tape.

“All three of these women are on the frontlines standing up to the failed progressive policies that are crushing California’s families,” said Gunderson. “They know what it takes to run businesses and raise families here in California, and they know how to translate that experience into results for taxpayers. I’m proud to have the support of these dedicated public servants in the fight to reduce inflation, create jobs, and keep our neighborhoods safe.”
